Bitget has introduced a new affiliate initiative called #NoCap, designed to let eligible content creators earn ongoing commissions from referrals who trade across a range of asset classes on the exchange. The program covers crypto, tokenized US stocks, contracts for difference (CFDs), and onchain orders, marking a departure from traditional single-market referral models.

Under the #NoCap structure, affiliates receive a 40% base commission rate after completing identity verification and meeting required referral trading volume. During the first month, they get an additional 10% boost, effectively raising the initial rate to 50%. Creators with as few as 100 followers can apply, and applications are typically reviewed within one business day.

The program is built on the idea that financial audiences increasingly follow both crypto and traditional markets. While typical crypto exchange referral programs pay only on crypto trading, and brokerage schemes often offer a one-off fee per funded account, Bitget's model provides recurring commissions as referred users trade across different markets on the platform.

Commissions apply to eligible crypto, tokenized equity, CFD, and gold-related trading products. This means a single referral can generate earnings across multiple markets, as long as the referred users continue to generate eligible trading fees and the affiliate meets program requirements.

Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget, explained the rationale: "Creators spend years building trust with their audiences, and those audiences don't stick to one market. Someone might start with Bitcoin and later trade stocks or gold." She added that the program is a practical extension of Bitget's Universal Exchange vision, where more markets also mean more opportunities for those bringing users to the platform.

The #NoCap campaign builds on Bitget's earlier affiliate efforts, including its "Score Your 40%" campaign. It brings the exchange's multi-asset offering into focus for finance creators, trading communities, and affiliates looking to reach audiences beyond crypto.

Through Bitget's Universal Exchange model, users can access crypto and traditional financial products within one platform, creating opportunities for affiliates as their communities explore different markets. The program is part of Bitget's eighth-anniversary celebrations, under the theme "no cap on what you're worth," reflecting its focus on removing traditional limits on affiliate earning opportunities.

For investors and creators, the program signals a shift toward more integrated referral systems that recognize the diversified nature of modern trading portfolios. As Bitget continues to expand its multi-asset offerings, the #NoCap program could serve as a template for how exchanges incentivize growth across both digital and traditional asset classes.
