TheInvestFeed respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on TheInvestFeed infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on our site.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Where to Send Notices

Send DMCA notices to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the content provider.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same address containing your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access for users or content providers who are found to be repeat infringers.
