AutoCamp Hospitality Group, an outdoor lodging operator blending boutique-hotel comfort with natural destinations, is spotlighting its growing roster of travel and lifestyle partners as its Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) offering approaches its conclusion. The company has welcomed over one million guests across eight locations near Yosemite, Zion, Joshua Tree, Sequoia, Sonoma, Asheville, Cape Cod, and the Catskills.
The partnerships span travel, hospitality, and outdoor recreation, with a common goal of expanding brand reach. AutoCamp serves as Airstream's exclusive hospitality partner, featuring custom-designed Airstream suites built for hotel-level stays. Airstream also holds an equity stake in the company.
In a first for the outdoor lodging segment, AutoCamp has partnered with Hilton Hotels, enabling more than 200 million Hilton Honors members to book stays and earn or redeem points through Hilton's channels. Bookings through this partnership have risen 30% year over year.
Outdoor brands have also integrated with AutoCamp's properties. The Parks Project and AutoCamp launched guided tours in Sequoia National Park, while AllTrails collaborated on a curated guide for Zion guests. Earlier this year, Rivian partnered with AutoCamp for a music festival basecamp, offering private Airstream accommodations and daily rides to the festival grounds.
Wellness and lifestyle brands have joined as well. Calm, AllTrails, and AutoCamp co-hosted Trail Days, a three-day wellness retreat at AutoCamp Sequoia. Lamborghini used AutoCamp Zion as the hospitality base for its Esperienza Avventura Urus driving experience, and Ralph Lauren Fragrances hosted Camp Polo at AutoCamp Yosemite.
For investors, these collaborations underscore AutoCamp's asset-light business model. Similar to Hilton and Marriott, AutoCamp separates property ownership from brand and operations. Institutional partners own and capitalize the real estate, while the brand company—the entity in this offering—owns the AutoCamp brand, design standards, and partnerships, earning fees from properties bearing its name. A separate management company handles day-to-day operations.
AutoCamp-branded properties have generated more than $150 million in lifetime property revenue and are on track for annual property-level revenue of about $50 million in 2026. The company aims to expand to 100 properties.
The Reg CF offering is in its final days, allowing investors to acquire a stake in the brand behind these relationships. Interested parties can visit invest.autocamp.com for more information.
