YUBIT, a global cryptocurrency exchange founded in 2020, has obtained a Full Service Investment Dealer License from the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius. This regulatory approval bolsters the platform's ability to offer traders access to more than 1,000 markets spanning both digital assets and traditional finance from a single account.

The license marks a significant step in YUBIT's strategy to bridge the gap between crypto and traditional finance (TradFi). While the two worlds are increasingly interconnected, traders have historically faced friction when moving between them—often requiring separate platforms, redundant onboarding, and limited cross-asset functionality. YUBIT aims to eliminate these barriers by providing a unified trading environment.

Expanded market access

With the FSC license, YUBIT now offers access to over 1,000 markets, including Contracts for Difference (CFDs) on gold, silver, global equities, oil, indices, and forex, alongside a broad range of crypto spot and futures markets. This allows traders to seamlessly switch between Bitcoin and traditional safe-haven assets like gold, or respond to global equity movements, all from one platform.

The move comes as TradFi volume on crypto exchanges surges, reflecting growing demand for integrated access. YUBIT's expanded offering positions it to capitalize on this trend, providing a single point of entry for diversified trading strategies.

Tools for cross-asset trading

Beyond market access, YUBIT has developed a suite of tools designed for traders managing positions across different asset classes. Key features include:

  • Unified K-Line Trading: A consistent charting and trading interface across both digital and traditional markets.
  • Risk-Based Position Sizing: Traders can define their acceptable risk first, and the platform automatically calculates the corresponding position size.
  • On-Chart TP/SL: Take-profit and stop-loss levels can be adjusted directly on the chart, offering greater control over open positions.

These tools aim to make cross-asset trading more intuitive while enhancing risk management capabilities—a critical aspect for traders navigating volatile markets.

Regulatory progress and global strategy

YUBIT's leadership views the FSC license as more than a compliance milestone. It is part of a broader strategy to offer traders flexibility as crypto and traditional markets become increasingly intertwined. The exchange has maintained high uptime since its launch and supports advanced trading infrastructure comparable to leading global exchanges.

Chris Aumüller, Chief Business Officer at YUBIT, commented: "As markets become increasingly connected, traders want the flexibility to move between crypto and traditional assets without having to manage multiple platforms. Our FSC license marks an important step forward as we continue expanding YUBIT's multi-asset offering within a stronger regulatory framework."

He added: "We're also improving the tools traders use to manage risk, including risk-based position sizing and on-chart TP/SL. Our goal is simple: to give traders the markets, tools, and flexibility they need in one place."

The license also aligns with broader industry moves toward regulatory compliance, such as Bitget's recent FSP registration in New Zealand and Capital.com's UAE licence. These developments highlight a growing trend of crypto platforms seeking formal regulatory approvals to expand their multi-asset offerings.

As the boundaries between crypto and traditional finance continue to blur, YUBIT is positioning itself at the intersection of both markets. With expanded market access, a growing suite of professional trading tools, and continued progress in regulatory compliance, the platform is building toward a trading experience where users no longer have to choose between crypto and traditional markets—they can access both from one place.
