PropLaunch has announced a strategic partnership with Axcera and RUBIK Prop Firm Consulting, aiming to simplify the process of launching and operating proprietary trading firms. The collaboration combines PropLaunch's operating model, Axcera's technology infrastructure, and RUBIK's expertise in risk management and prop firm operations.

Entrepreneurs entering the prop trading space typically face the challenge of coordinating multiple technology providers, payment services, trading platforms, and operational systems. This fragmented approach often leads to significant upfront costs and operational complexity, especially for new firms without an established customer base.

Dow Rises 198 Points as Bank Earnings and Inflation Data Loom
US stocks opened higher on Monday, with the Dow gaining 198 points, as investors positioned for a busy week of bank earnings and inflation data that could shape Federal Reserve policy.

Under the partnership, PropLaunch will oversee the overall operating framework for founders, including onboarding, configuration, trading platform connectivity, payment infrastructure, and ongoing operational support. Founders will retain control over their brands, commercial strategies, marketing activities, and trader acquisition.

Axcera will supply the technology infrastructure, covering trader-facing systems, account management, back-office workflows, automation, and scalable infrastructure for trading accounts. RUBIK will contribute specialist risk and operational expertise, focusing on evaluation structures, trading rules, monitoring frameworks, and payout review processes.

Rachid Belhadj, Founder of PropLaunch, explained the motivation behind the partnership: “There are many people who know how to build a brand and attract customers, but putting the technology, operations and risk processes behind that brand together is a very different challenge.” He added that by bringing together specialists, the partnership can lower operational and financial barriers, allowing founders to focus on growing their business.

Ruben Abitbol, Founder and CEO of RUBIK, emphasized the importance of integrating risk management from the start. “Risk management should be part of how a prop firm is designed from the beginning, rather than something only introduced once payout requests or problems start appearing,” he said. The collaboration aims to help founders establish robust evaluation structures and monitoring processes early on.

Herman Shaho, Co-Founder of Axcera, noted that the partnership provides an accessible route for serious founders who may not yet require the complex technology solutions Axcera typically offers to larger firms. “PropLaunch gives those entrepreneurs a more accessible way to start with strong technology, operational support and risk expertise from day one,” he said.

PropLaunch currently supports prop firms across forex, CFDs, futures, and crypto, depending on the selected trading platforms and payment providers. Support for additional markets, including prediction markets, is planned. The partnership is designed to offer a coordinated path from initial setup to live operations, enabling founders to allocate resources toward brand development, marketing, and customer acquisition.
