Dogecoin (DOGE) is trading around $0.10 on Tuesday, following a 19% gain over the past seven days. The rally has pushed the meme coin above a descending resistance trendline and several key moving averages, signaling a more constructive near-term technical picture.

Demand for DOGE-focused exchange-traded funds (ETFs) has also picked up. According to SoSoValue data, these products recorded net inflows of $909,650 on Monday, more than triple the $284,510 seen on September 15. This uptick suggests renewed interest from institutional investors as the broader cryptocurrency market recovers.

Strategy's Smallest 2026 Bitcoin Buy: 250 BTC at $86,194 as MSTR Slips
Strategy bought only 250 BTC last week, its smallest purchase of 2026, at an average of $86,194 per coin. MSTR slipped as Bitcoin traded near $82,788.

However, DOGE faces a significant test at the supply zone between $0.10000 and $0.10219. A sustained break above this area would confirm bullish momentum, while a failure could trigger a pullback.

ETF inflows rise as crypto market rebounds

Monday's ETF inflows mark a notable increase from the previous week, indicating that investors are increasingly turning to regulated products to gain exposure to DOGE. The rise in inflows aligns with a broader recovery in digital assets, as Bitcoin and other major cryptocurrencies have also posted gains.

While positive fund flows are encouraging, they do not guarantee an immediate price surge. The persistence and size of inflows will be crucial in determining whether the current rally has staying power. Traders will be monitoring whether these inflows continue in the coming sessions, especially if DOGE manages to break decisively above $0.10.

Technical outlook: DOGE breaks descending trendline

The 19% rally pushed DOGE above a descending resistance trendline near $0.09110, which had previously capped gains during the decline. This level now serves as potential support if the rally pauses. The token also trades above its major daily exponential moving averages (EMAs): the 50-day EMA at $0.08365, the 100-day EMA at $0.08350, and the 200-day EMA at $0.09256.

Trading above all three EMAs provides a stronger technical foundation. The 200-day EMA is particularly relevant, as it sits between the current price and the former trendline, forming a support cluster around $0.09256–$0.09110. A successful retest of this area would indicate that buyers remain active, while a drop below would weaken the breakout.

Momentum indicators are supportive. The Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) has crossed above its signal line, with the histogram expanding in positive territory, signaling strengthening upward momentum. However, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) at 67 is approaching overbought levels, suggesting the rally may be stretched in the short term.

Key resistance and support levels

DOGE is currently testing the supply zone between $0.10000 and $0.10219. A move above $0.10219 would open the door to the next resistance range of $0.11619–$0.11732. Conversely, if the token fails to clear this zone, the first support lies at the 200-day EMA near $0.09256, followed by the former trendline at $0.09110.

A deeper pullback could bring the 50-day and 100-day EMAs into focus, but that would mean giving back a significant portion of the recent gains. For now, the combination of improved technicals and rising ETF inflows gives bulls a clearer case for further upside, though the immediate challenge remains the $0.10–$0.10219 resistance.
